About Stephy

Stephanie is the founder of Miel and began her journey teaching yoga at her own studio in the Midlands many years ago. As her business flourished and expanded into two studios, she eventually chose to sell and relocate to Cornwall, returning to her roots on the mat to share the practice of classical yoga in a more personal and grounded way.

Today, Stephanie offers Yoga, Pilates, and Massage Therapy to students across Cornwall, with a holistic and heartfelt approach at the core of everything she does.
